Nelson
Lake National Park
On our way to Nelson we made a stop and camped in the Nelson
Lake National Park. We rented a canadian kayak from our last 14 dollar and
kayaked half an hour around the lake. :) The other four dollars we used for a
hot shower the next day! :D Under one bridge there were a lot of eels, from
small and thin till big and fat!! Fabio even pet one of them! :D

In Nelson we checked-in in the Prince Albert´s Backpackers.
We are sleeping in the car and can use all of their facilities! :)

Centre
of New Zealand
Of course we did a small walk to the Centre of New Zealand. From
there you have a nice view over Nelson and the port of Nelson.

Frisbee
Golf
Frisbee Golf is a kind of golf. You have to play 18 holes. You
have maximal six turns to get the frisbee in the basket! That was a lot of fun,
despite the wind.

Lord of the Rings
Jens Hansen in Nelson manufactured all the rings for “Lord of the Rings”. We had one of them in our
hands!!! :D
