The first hours in Surfers Paradise were
terrible! Our mood was very bad, because earlier that day we had to leave Doug
and Wayne. The weather was bad and to make it worst, we thought there is
nothing to do either.
After 1 hour walking around, we noticed we
were walking in the wrong direction the whole time. Back to the hostel, not far
away, we discovered the city and the real life from Surfers Paradise and the
“TIMEZONE”. :)
At the next day we bought new swimwear. A
bikini for Marleen and a new shorts and flip flops for Fabio. After that we went directly to the beach! :)
At the afternoon the sky was full of clouds, therefore we needed a plan b.
Fabio wanted to feel like a boy again, to play what and as long he wants (like
when he was a boy), so plan b was forged – TIMEZONE!!!

TIMEZONE!! Just a dream for every man but
also for woman. 25 dollars each of us, for 3 hrs of pure fun! And we also won
prices. But the highlight was the Laser Tag – 15 minutes pure adrenalin!!! :)
To top all these
things we went out for dinner – pizza and pasta!!
On this day we lived the principle CASH OUT,
buy and do what you want!! It was just an amazing feeling!
Apart from the nice beach, the big shopping
mall and timezone there is not more to do or see. Furthermore Marleen had an
other association about Surfers Paradise…
